Jennifer Lesoing
Jennifer is one of four Courtside Banquet Hall Coordinators. Jennifer spent ten years working in the Lincoln Public Schools before choosing to stay at home with her three young children and her soon to be twenty-one year old niece that her and her husband have raised. Jennifer’s interests include photography and gardening. Jennifer is responsible for booking events, providing tours, and working with the athletic staff to ensure that overlap does not occur between Courtside events and Bison Sporting events.

Lona Thompson
Lona doubles as a Coordinator for Courtside Banquet Hall as well as a Wedding/Event Planner. Lona works a full-time job during the day and has three children. Her hobbies include cooking, sewing, decorating, and working with people. These hobbies have allowed her to acquire many event planning opportunities over the years. She has had experience planning everything from a small, family wedding to large, corporate events. Her experience allows her to perform a multitude of tasks for Courtside Banquet Hall.

Bill Krejci
Bill comes to Courtside Banquet Hall from rural Nebraska where he and his wife raised three children. He spent many years working the family farm until more recently when he and his wife were Inn Keepers at a local Bed & Breakfast. Bill’s interests include coaching, athletics, and spending time with his family. Bill works very well with people and in is charge of Public Relations and Marketing for the Bison Youth Sports Complex.

Shelley Dettmer
Shelley is our newest Coordinator with Courtside Banquet Hall. Shelley spent 10 years working for Union Bank before staying home to raise a family which includes her husband and four children. She continues to work part-time for Union Bank, teach spinning classes at a local health club, and make jewelry. Shelley was brought on board to help book events and provide personal tours to prospective clients as well as coordinate the variety of requests that staff receive from clients who have already booked events at Courtside.
